This one pours a slightly hazy golden orange color, with a big fluffy head, and lots of lacing.
This smells peach hops, clove, spicy hops, banana, orange zest, coriander, and bready malt.
This feels pretty prototypical for the sorta Belgian IPA style. It's very hop forward, with a soft grapefruit and peachy hop character, along with some clove and banana, and a touch of bready sweetness. There's a heavy spicy bitterness that is super refreshing to me.
This is light bodied, clean, slightly creamy, and super drinkable, with a very smooth but biting finish.
De Dolle has such a wonderfully esoteric but exceedingly well brewed repertoire of beers. This is truly great stuff.
