Responsible Serving of Alcohol

Craft Republic practises the Responsible Serving of Alcohol.

 

As part of this you must not order any alcoholic products from this website unless you are over 18 years old. Additionally, if you are over 18, you must not supply any minors with alcohol. Severe penalties can be imposed on you if you break these laws. 

Standard Delivery

Delivery costs are based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.

If you wish to track your order, please try your tracking number at both websites. 

We make every effort to ensure your postage arrives in excellent condition including packing items with bubble wrap and using 'fragile' stickers. However, as postage is handled by Australia Post/E-go, we will not be liable for any costs associated with damage to products in transit or any other types of losses such as theft. Our delivery charges are based on standard delivery in the interest of keeping costs as low as possible for you. If you would like registered post, please contact us immediately after your order and we will organise an additional charge for this protection. 

 

Our website only allows us to quote one delivery fee per state per weight category. Therefore, we have based delivery costs on deliveries to the capital cities of each state. If you live in the country, you will need to pay the difference in delivery cost after your order has been submitted or alternatively if you do not wish to proceed with this surcharge, we will refund your money and cancel your order. For extremely large orders above 50kg, we may also need to organise an additional postage charge to cover our costs. 

 

Remember, if you are concerned with delivery costs you can always click and collect from our store in East Malvern. 
 

Changing or Cancelling your order

 

If you wish to change or cancel your order please contact us immediately on 03 9571 1275 or sales@craftrepublic.com.au.

If the items have already been posted to you, and you would like a refund, you will need to:

 

  • Incur the cost of initial delivery

  • Incur the cost to send the products back

  • We also reserve the right to deduct from your refund, the cost of any goods that are not in suitable condition for resale. 

Cancellation or Delays by us

Occasionally, an item you purchase will be out of stock. When this occurs, we will promptly contact you to either arrange a refund or confirm the extended timeframe for delivery. 

We also reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a refund due to errors such as incorrect prices or postage costs.
